ABOUT ME
I'm a proud mom to a wonderful little girl and a devoted pet parent to three lively pups! From an early age, I knew I wanted to be a therapist, and I wholeheartedly believe that this is my true calling and passion.
In my work, I embrace a person-centered approach, placing your goals and aspirations at the forefront. I value direct communication, delivered with kindness and empathy, to foster a supportive environment. Together, we’ll collaborate to create meaningful change in your life, and I’ll be here to support you every step of the way!

EXPERIENCE
I began my career in addiction treatment and working with the homeless population, which instilled in me a strong commitment to helping those in need. Transitioning into non-profit work allowed me to refine my skills while working with a diverse range of clients, including children, families, couples, and groups.
In recent years, I’ve focused on providing telehealth services to teens, adults, and couples. I truly value the accessibility and convenience of telehealth, as it empowers clients to engage in therapy without disrupting their daily lives. I believe it’s a powerful and innovative solution for modern mental health care.
