ABOUT ME
ABOUT ME
I am a mom to a wonderful little girl and also love my pets (two dogs, one cat). I decided I wanted to be a therapist at a young age and believe it is my passion and purpose in life.

As a therapist, I tend to be person-centered, meaning that I value the goals of the client and align with their goals as a result. I value direct communication provided with kindness and empathy. I want to work as a team to help you reach the goals that are important to you!
EXPERIENCE
I started my career working in addictions treatment and also with the homeless population. I moved into more non-profit work where I began to hone my skills with a wide variety of clients including children, families, couples, and groups. In the more recent years, I have been providing telehealth to teens, adults, and couples. I really value being able to provide therapy in a less disruptive way to a client’s day and believe telehealth is the answer to that!
